This 7 - 14 February, MFNI will be observing Heart Week in honour of our own Heart Heroes.

There are a few ways for you to participate and show support to those in our community faced with heart disease:

1) Wear Red to your lesson that week.

2) Donate to your local heart charity - MFNI is raising money for Children's Heartbeat Trust - you can donate online here: https://www.facebook.com/donate/2073229319522100/ or bring a little for the donation box when you come in for your lesson/class.

3) For MFNI's Children's Classes: wear red & get ready to Disco in your classes on Friday & Saturday the 11-12th as we take part in CHT's Rock Red Friday Kitchen Disco
